What is collected, why, and for how long
This site promises strict confidence on every page. This is the written explanation of what that means in practice.
What data is handled
This site has no forms, uses no third-party cookies and runs no audience analytics. Browsing here leaves no personal data with anyone.
Data only exists from the moment you start the conversation on WhatsApp, by your own decision.
What is asked for during a consultation
- Full name, used in the reading of the case
- Date of birth, used in the reading of the case
- Phone number, which is the channel of the consultation itself
- Whatever you choose to tell about your situation
Nothing beyond that is requested. No documents, bank details, passwords or financial information are ever asked for. If anyone asks you for those in the name of this practice, it is not legitimate.
What it is used for and how long it is kept

- To conduct the reading and the consultation you asked for
- Legal basis
- Performance of the service at your request and your consent, under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD). If you are in the European Union, the equivalent rights under the GDPR are honoured in the same way
- Sharing
- None. Data is never sold, transferred or sent to third parties
- Use as an example
- The content of your consultation is never used as an example, a screenshot or promotional material
- Where it lives
- In the WhatsApp history of the consultation itself
- How long
- For as long as your case is being followed up, or until you ask for deletion
- Automated decisions
- None. No consultation is conducted by an automated system or a bot
- International transfer
- The consultant is based in Brazil, so data reaches Brazil when you start the conversation
Your rights
Guaranteed by article 18 of the LGPD, and equivalent to the rights the GDPR gives you in the European Union.
- Know whether any data about you exists, and what it is
- Correct data that is incomplete or out of date
- Ask for the deletion of what you shared
- Withdraw your consent at any moment
- Receive your data in a readable format
- Complain to a data protection authority
How to exercise them
Just ask, on the same WhatsApp used for the consultation or by email. A deletion request is honoured without you having to justify it and without a single question about your decision.

Third-party services
The conversation happens on WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy, from Meta. Payments by PayPal or card are processed by those providers, who receive the payment data directly. That data never passes through this site and never reaches the consultation.
This policy applies from 3 September 2026. If anything changes, the date here is updated.
